Life, flowers and Ladakh
Haven't blogged much lately. Been busy with work and life. Been to Coorg and back and now going to Ladakh for a fortnight. Just got an invite for Picasa Web (The Flickr killer ?) I leave you with some portraits of life.

So how many of you goin to ladakh? I had been to kullu-manali-Dharamshala 6 yrs back... was there for a month.

Wanna go back once I am done with my engg ;)

Let me know if you need help in and around Ladakh. I know a localite, whom I stayed with for 2 weeks. Really nice people. Make sure you do an overnight camp nearby Lake Pangong. Its blissful

When do you leave? I've been down with fever since a week. I should be able to look up Dawa (my contact in Leh)'s number and pass it on to you by Monday. I think eversince Airtel has started covering that area, he has gotten himself a mobile phone too. Let me get back to you by Monday. Will try and see if I can get something by tom.

I am in Manali now. Will travel tonight to Leh. Mail me the number. I will contact him as we will be around for about 2 weeks. It is good to have some contact in Leh. We will be going round to quite a few places including Pangong Tso, Alchi and Lamayaru.

replied with phone no and details on your email. Take care and have fun. Make sure you visit all the 3 motorable roads. Khardungla, Changla & Taglangla as well. You will surely get snow at Khardungla. Cheers

Yeah. Visited all 3 of them. Thanks for your advice. Some of the better Photos are up at http://picasaweb.google.com/vinayakh/Ladakh. Let me know what you think. Was off LJ after the Ladakh trip due to a variety of reasons. Now hopefully should be back to blogging regularly :).
